Dont
use short lines |

A common mistake...
A
common mistake by beginners is to try and fly while unwinding
only part of the string. In most cases this results in lines
of different length, hence a crash risk on launch, with
the kite then making a U-turn towards the ground on the
side of the shortest line. |

Do
not hesitate to purchase effective lines since they determine
the flying ability of your kite. |
For fun-flying : it is
recommended to use 20 to 30m long lines for the small
kites and 30 to 37m long for the big kites (2m and more
wingspan).
For the freestyle : generally use long lines, except in
light wind where you can use 20m long lines.
